Brick Oven - South Jordan

Amazing pizza, epic salad bar and great pasta! This walk from our hotel as the other restaurants around it had bad reviews. We were blown away how great the food was. The pizzas were huge and the salad bar was better than most I stumbled on. Our server was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely recommend this place to my family members who live and return in the area when I visit again!

Well made pizza and root beer, suitable for many ages. When you order the complete buffet, it comes with groundless root beer, endless pizza, which is freshly brought from the ovens to your table by the servers, and a wonderful salad bar and pastabar. I want to eat in courses: salad, pizza, dessert. Tonight I pampered pizza slices in Paprika, Chicken Alfredo, BBQ pineapple, combo and meat lovers. All were well cooked in a thin Esh crust and had loads of aromas and moisture. And CHEEE!!! Wowsers, the cheese! For dessert, a piece of peach, apple or berries Cobbler / Pizza and a triangle chocolate chip disc. Overall, this location impressed me more than the original Provo. Staff trained better (thanks to Katelyn and Cassie!, more elbow rooms and a modern ambience.

Great little place to eat. We have everything you eat soup and salad bar. The salad bar had a lot to choose and the same with the soups. Our waitress Annaka was brilliant, she was very nice and attentive. We will definitely come back.

My sister, I love Brick Oven in Provo since we grew up in the utah district. So we went here, we came at 4:15, we waited for about 10 minutes before someone sat. There were only a few customers. Come to find out our waitress was the only waitress and had to take care of the front and the Pasta Bar and the Salad Bar. She was VERY NICE, she worked hard, did a good job to take care of everything, but I can't believe they have them every afternoon alone from what she said. The food was very good, but why don't they have any more help? It's not a cheap place to eat.

One of our favorite places to go to! Great food with great prices! Never have to wait long to enjoy our meal. Best part is dessert, the double baked cookie monster does it every time! Jayda was an excellent waitress!
