What User likes about The Chestnuts:
I had lunch at this café several times over the holidays. It's a nice little place with a wide variety of food options and delicious homemade cakes. Unfortunately, we were unable to finish our meals because the portions were so generous. In addition, there is a small garden center and shop located in front of the café. View all feedback.

read moreNestled conveniently for travelers, this garden center café offers a mixed experience. While some visitors delight in generous portions, fresh ingredients, and a cozy atmosphere enhanced by friendly service, others find the outdated formalities and uneven food quality disappointing. Diners report issues with bland, overpriced menu items, particularly the coffee and salads, which fail to meet expectations based on their prices. The ambiance remains a highlight, complemented by a clean environment and the charm of the adjacent garden center. Despite differing opinions, this café remains a popular stop for locals and travelers alike, though improvements are needed in service consistency and food quality.
