Long Sutton Golf Club - South Holland

This was the first time we had our work party at the golf course, and we would definitely book again. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The atmosphere was delightful, as they made sure to cater to football fans on England's World Cup day with great music and a free photo booth. The food was delicious and plentiful, and they even included a free shot voucher for each person. They truly went above and beyond to make it a fantastic evening. We have attended the golf club's Christmas party nights for the past two years. The service has been good on both occasions. The opportunity to dance and use the photo booth adds to the evening for those seeking more than just a meal. The food itself was excellent, and we were all served together. Some suggestions would be to provide more vegetarian/vegan options and perhaps more than one sprout per plate. Additionally, a few extra bowls of roast potatoes and vegetables would cater to those wanting a bit more. The pre-event organization was smooth, and they were accommodating of allergy requirements such as dairy and gluten free. Overall, I would recommend their Christmas Party evenings.

Booked online with no problems but wanted a buggy so gave them a call,sorted in seconds by lovely lady on the phone.Was staying in Chard last week and chose this course for a round of golf and would not think twice about playing here again,as soon as you drive in it looked very well maintained.Very friendly/helpful staff,checked in with no fuss.Course was in beautiful condition and a bit busy but not to long waits at tees (other players very friendly as well).My playing partner lose his glasses and informed the club shop,got a phone call 2 days later and they sent his glasses back to him.For the price we played it is well worth it and great value,did here it might get new owners soon and I hope they don't ruining this beautiful course and out price themselves.

With friends went to the restaurant on Sunday 2nd February 2020 for the carvery. Friendly helpful staff bright airy and spacious dining room with tables that were not crammed in. Good selection of meat and vegetables, all cooked to perfection. Great day out. Definitely will go again. Recommended but you have to book as it is popular.

Very good carvery with plenty of vegetables and meat. The vegetarian option was brought out very quickly. Helpful and friendly staff.
