A pub that brews its own beer with a fantastic restaurant a really good CL campsite +2 overnight camper stops. In a very peaceful location a 1 mile walk on the flat [it is Lincolnshire] to local airfield great to watch light aircraft taking off and Landing and maybe tea and toast in Airfield cafe. Now at this point you are thinking What's The Downside yes unfortunately PUB and Restaurant closed monday and Tuesday. It... View all feedback.
What Sue T doesn't like about Blue Bell:
Being part of a party of 15 for the Sunday Carvery several members of the party were disappointed at the rude management and average food. Quite why simple questions must be responded to with rude sarcasm is a mystery. We understand the business is up for sale and look forward to returning when it's been sold. View all feedback.
We had a great time at this restaurant with our family. It has a very local feel and we really enjoyed our visit. We plan to make it a regular outing as we will definitely be returning. The staff were all very lovely.
We stayed at the Fuggle Inn and used it as a home base to visit family in the area. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place. The only downside was the difficulty in getting a phone signal. Additionally, they have a camping caravan park on site with easy parking, an excellent restaurant, and their own beer available at the bar.
We were looking for a pit stop on our way to York and The Blue Bell Inn was the perfect place for us to park our motorhome for the night. We had a couple of pints of their delicious beer brewed on-site in their microbrewery, followed by a tasty roast dinner from the carvery in the restaurant. The owner, who we regrettably didn't get to meet his wife, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. We will definitely be returning!
Warm and cosy bar and dining experience. Lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff. The food was excellent and service prompt. Would recommend this pub to anyone. We have been her several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed.
