What Rita Rendell doesn't like about Starbucks:
Really slow service and the Erid (I think her name tag was hard to read) was not the most welcoming. Her coworker (was not wearing a name tag) was goofing off and made me a normal latte when I asked for decafe I'm glad I double checked when it was ready (I have to be very careful with caffeine).Overall, not the best View all feedback.

Ordered hot chocolate and it was very good fast service we come here often and it is always excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Made our coffees just as we ordered them! They were very busy though so there was a little wait
I’m giving it a 3 because the staff is always kind and that’s never an issue. However it seems like one crew makes a better coffee half the time I end up with more whip than coffee and half of the ingredients, but every once in a while it’s make with the perfect ratio. Also a lot of the time the coffee tasted stale.
Always a great experience! The drinks are good and the staff is polite.
