She is dedicated to helping others improve their health and prevent disease, providing actionable steps and delicious recipes to continue the journey at home. I recently attended a retreat with Jill and a small group of attendees, where we enjoyed hands-on cooking classes and delicious meals. The retreat was held in beautiful South Haven, just steps away from the beach, allowing us to take leisurely walks and explore the town. The schedule included free time for shopping, relaxing, and reflecting on what we learned. I left feeling rejuvenated and healthier both physically and mentally. I highly recommend this experience!

Jill is amazing teacher who loves to share the health benefits of a whole food plant-based no oil HEALTHY vegan diet. Your passion to lead others on this journey to better health and disease prevention is inspiring and lets you take action-rich steps at home with simple and tasty recipes. While I saw how she taught bigger classes at different events in the past, I just experienced my first retreat with her and a small group of participants. With only four other guests we were all able to participate in hand-on cooking classes and enjoyed wonderful meals together, with Jill always ready to answer our questions. Our stay was “Bed and Breakfast” in the beautiful South Haven directly opposite the street from the beach where we walk daily to the lighthouse pier or through the neighborhood. Every day had worked several hours free time, so we could also check the local shops in the city or simply enjoy hanging on the deck or reading cozy couch, journaling or meditation on what we learned. I came home and felt excited and healthier – physically and mentally. So a great experience... I highly recommend it! Updated by previous review on 2020-09-25
