we left today. pub after a fire still refreshing. really wonderful. No kitchen yet, but they work on it. fabulous music (blue,) warm and welcoming staff/owner. chef has a shed outside cooking amazing eating. I had grilled chickens and my wife had snuggles. they were both delicious. I wonder what he could do with a full kitchen. the best pub I've been in for a long time. I felt like in France. Unfortunately the tower inn was closed during our visit, but the accommodation was comfortable and perfect for our short stay.
Very welcoming sham its only opened 3 days the week.
Beautiful old pub, hidden in a quiet corner of a village. popular for eating the frying we had was really nice with a lot of veg and a good part! good choice of beer and a few apples. it is popular so they have to book at the weekend.
Nice classy pub in an ancient building. Attentive staff and delicious (but pricey) meals. Candles brought out in the evening. Good selection of beers. Recommend you get there on foot due to the nearby narrow roads.
