Johnny's Tap Room - South Hadley

We arrived early for our 7 PM reservation and were promptly seated. Our server was excellent and attentive. However, we were placed on the bar side, which was somewhat loud and a bit chilly. A few of the other diners seemed to feel the cold for the first half of our meal. Next time, I’ll request a table in the front room, as I believe it would be warmer and more inviting.

Party of 7 dined here and 2 of our party’s meals were overcooked. Burgers ordered medium came out extremely well done. Told our server and she apologized but no manager came to our table. Part of my burger was so overdone it was inedible. Wrote a follow up email to the restaurant with no response. Appetizers and drinks were very good.

Took ,my college freshman and 5 of his friends for lunch. Service (Arthur) was wonderful and the menu was quite varied. Something for everyone. We had a great time and will definitely be back!!!

You do a nice job on quality of taste on everything. Your pizza is better than 90 percent of pizza shops!! Kudos to the chef and sous chef. Waitstaff are always pleasant and courteous. Sorry, no constructive criticism

Our waiter, Arthur, was very friendly and provided great service! We often go to Johnny's Bar Grille to celebrate our college/graduate student's birthday it never disappoints. Highly recommended!
