Made an online order for a large iced coffee with caramel swirl. What did I get? A coffee with pumpkin swirl. If you can't read an order screen AND a printed ticket AND a printed receipt, that all say Caramel? Caramel swirl bottles are light brown, the pumpkin is dark orange. I've been to this location a few times because it's closer and more convenient than the one on Memorial Drive, but getting the wrong coffee eve... View all feedback.
Should have checked comments here before going this location per my friend 's invite 2023. Surprisingly, when asked them some after ordering, the answer was you have to wait . Honestly, never had any this response in any other Dunkin Donuts restaurants. It not sounds like rude but kind of super low level service in mind. Plus, they may stare clients later on, if clients walked back to seats but not waiting front of counter with no other clients out there. So weird attitude, even though the place was looked like fine, neat and clean. That impressive experience is so unforgettable and it 'd be not possible to ever going back there. NO!!
The new pancake sandwich is tasty and the staff were very nice great Christmas decorations I think overall, this is a really good place to get your Dunkin
The kid at the register was a fucking idiot and took 20 minutes to put my order into the computer. Genuinely hard to watch. He didn't know what he was doing and there was definitely nothing in his head except for a rock. Charged me $4 extra for my WATER just because he was such a clueless brick. God help me.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. What a stressful experience I had this morning when I placed an online order for 50 munchkins for kids at summer school. When I drove through to pick up I was verbally cut off multiple times by a truly mean person who could not figure out my order even though I gave her my order number. She was rude and yelling at me for who knows what. I will NOT use this location again. Please work in customer service with your employees. They suck!
South Hadley Dunkin ' Donuts has the worst customer service ever. I really think they should close that location until they can get a hard working crew that provides decent customer service. I stopped in to the lobby on Sat. March 18th. I said hello to the cashier and her reply was what can I get you I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. As I waited for my items the employees about 7 of them were hanging around engaging in loud personal conversations. The loudest one who also happened to be the so called manager was complaining and using the word nigger and at one point she jumped up and clapped her hands screaming exactly. Another customer comes in and stood there for a good 10 minutes. No one acknowledged her as they continued to have their conversation. The so called manager asked me what I was waiting on and I told her my sandwich. The cook with attitude replies I 'm waiting for the turkey to cook I had been waiting for this sandwich for a good 20 min. They were not busy with customers only busy with their conversation. So I 'm standing there waiting and a male employee who is just coming on his shift stands there putting his headset on. So I say to the male employee hi can you please help this customer male employee just stands there and stares at me. Again I repeat myself and he just stares at me. The customer gets upset and leaves. The male employee says to the manager she is the police so the manager looks at me and says you 're the police as to which I reply no I 'm not the police. I was asking him to help a customer why the 7 of you engage in you personal conversations The male employee look at me and says you act like I give a **** and I don 't I just stood there in shock and speechless. He then said it again. I asked for the manager and the female employee that previously asked if I was the police says she is the manager. So since she was a poor example of a manager who did nothing as her lazy co worker who doesn 't give a **** was rude to me I asked for corporate number. I was told by that same useless manager they don 't have corporates number. So the cook places my sandwich on the counter and I tell them I want my money back I don 't want the sandwich now. Only to be told we made the sandwich we can 't give you your money back. I stood there for a good 5 min being ignored before the useless manager came out from the back and asked me what I was waiting on I tell her again her staff is rude and I want my money back. So she gives me my money back and again I asked for corporates number only to be told to look it up on line. Seriously! It 's a shame that Companies like this are so desperate for employees that they hire any piece of garbage off the street and puts them in charge of entitled lazy brats that have no manners and lack respect and have no clue how to work hard. Awful customer service. I would not recommend if it was the last Dunkin ' standing.
