Lovely food, lively atmospheric, staff lively, friendly very accommodating, welcomed the dog, highly recommend

Stopped off for Sunday lunch, something that I’m not a great fan of if I’m honest but I have to say the food and service was top notch. One of the best I’ve had. Very attentive staff, couldn’t do enough for us. Well done Swan for getting this bang on.

Lovely atmosphere, great food and beer, friendly staff and Georgia was a Star giving us a lift to the football club after taxi firm let us down!

Interested to read the review from 'lucyrocket2016 ' about the triple cooked chips don 't worry, you didn 't miss much. Had lunch at The Swan recently with a friend and had the battered cod with crushed peas and triple cooked chips. Fish quite nice, but I 've had better locally and more of it too. As regards the chips, either over cooked and/or spent too long under the heat lamps awaiting service (which did seem to take a l o n g time) dried out and hard to cut without a very sharp knife. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, but otherwise over priced for the end result.

Went to the swan for a couple of drinks with a friend, the fire was on it was such a lovely atmosphere in the evening. Would highly recommend the food looked amazing too, will definitely be back.
