What Liz Gray doesn't like about Subway:
Poor customer service,staff treat you like everything is too much hassle and the coffee machine was turned off at 3.30pm. No effort made to sell me a meal deal and my sandwich had a measly 2 pieces of cheese on. The tables was messy and uncleaned and the gentleman on the sandwich making was rude and unprofessional. Would not come here again View all feedback.

In all honesty.. the food is good. And the hygiene is also really good. But.. the amount of times we have had to wait.. and I'm talking ages!! Today tops it. My friend was given a SPOON to eat her salad box with. A SPOON!! She even asked before she ordered if they had forks as the last time we came in, they didn't have forks.
Not a bad restaurant and nothing out of the ordinary for Subway, but service (mainly the customers) was extremely slow. Changed up the menu since Covid where sandwiches at set unless you want to pay loads more to customise. Not sure what happened to your sub, your way. Prices have gone up loads in the last few years; over £10 for foot long sub, cookie and cup drink. Reasonably tidy. Food hit the spot in all fairness.
The shop opened at 11.15am instead of 10.am today. I went through the door at 11.15am and was told to come back in 10 minutes as they were not ready to see customers yet. It has not opened at 10am for the last few Sundays as I go shopping in Emerson Green. The service in this Subway if it is open has got worse and worse lately and a manager needs to seriously see what is going on there as I will never go there again.
What a joke this place has become with the new staff supposed to be open at 10am the last 3 weeks have gone to enter around 11am still closed was open today walked in at 11.15am a staff member was just putting his tshirt on no food out or ready so unreliable seen them miss at least 5 customers this morning due to their lateness
