Heritage In Thornbury

Lunch drinks with family and friends. beautiful back garden area, benches and tables with sun umbrellas. disappoint limited lunch menu, so decided for the best we could with coronation chicken sandwich. at £6.50 expects something more than we got. a broth roll with 3 slices...of (from a package) chicken breast, doll of coronation dressing, salat leaf and some mango chutney. very underwhelming! no halat, no chips (these articles were not listed as included, so I think we should not be shocked). only the filled roll on a plate. the child's meal was 6 pfunds for dipping plates. this was a few (perhaps 12) carrot sticks, gurke, pfeffer and about table spoon humble. bad, bad presentation. together with 2 coffees and a scoone, it came to £21. it was a light snack for £21. our first and last visit.

Recently renovated with seating in the garden, this coffee shop is the spot of choice for those who want a good cup coffee with a snack or cake. spoken for the choice with delicious scenes, homemade cakes and hearty specialties this is the place to be in thornbury’s high street. comfortable sitting and a beautiful atmosphere is the perfect place for a meeting or a conversation with friends. well done tabby, I look forward to my return.

Great selection of cakes, sweets and drinks freshly made by genuine locals. the service is not particularly fast, but it is usually unchanged in 30 years.

Damn, this lock denies me and others the opportunity to enjoy this caffe for a few weeks. great staff, good food and drink and everything done in a safe Covid-19. I hope to be back soon.

Lovely setting (the shop with it is excellent) and food is good but service is slow and not terribly friendly. If weather is good, great outside space and child friendly
