Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Bristol

It took 30 minutes for two glasses of water and 45 minutes for the food but when they food came they forgot to place the order of a meal so had to wait another 30 minutes for all the food to arrive

I recently started a gluten free diet and was pleased to see that Frankie and Benny's have a good selection of gluten free food compared to some other restaurants. We had an enjoyable meal and serve was good.

I went out a great meal a few days ago, was greeted when I came in by who turned out to be the Manager Chelsea who was awesome throughout our visit! I ordered the cheesy garlic and the Carbonara which was absolutely amazing, great size portion (please don’t change it) and very hot! Didn’t take long between starter and main. Was so full so didn’t have a dessert but I had a few portstar martinis. BEST COCKTAIL EVER! Can’t wait to see all the staff again on my next visit, really enjoyed it! Clean restaurant, good atmosphere and just a really enjoyable experience overall!

Good value, good service, and really tasty food. The noise level gets a bit crazy if it's someone's birthday but I can live with that when the food is tasty and the staff seemed to care about their job and make sure you are OK and look after you.

We sat down and it took 25 minutes for someone to ask for our drinks, then came the 50 minute wait for our mains and lets not start about the prices £6.80 for what was probably a £2 cookie shoved in the microwave! Im absolutely appauled at how F&B has gone down hill and has simply become so overpriced that i will not returning. Staff were ignorant and rude as well, never wanting to take our order and when trying to ask for the bill just kept cleaning tables in a near enough empty restaurant!
