Frankie Benny's - South Gloucestershire

A fantastic restaurant. with beautiful eating and great staff. they saw it was my birthday and surprised me with a small and tasty cupcake, was a beautiful thought of the staff there. the children's menu is perfect and the portions were placed at location and place.

Absolutely brilliant, the employees are always very welcoming and always a good customer service, and eating is amazing and tasty, we were already too frankie’s and benny’s several times now and every time we feel absolutely welcomed and the personal seems always very happy to see us, I recommend frankie’s and benny’s I give it 10/10 star’s

It was a beautiful evening! eating was fantastic and very good prices. a really big thank you to our beautiful waitress patty that has the feeling of feeling good and comfortable, always with a smile on her face. She took care of us. hope patty is appreciated by the manager and her team. tottaly recommend this restaurant and I will return. Thank you.

Recently visited these industries while catching up with friends. the service of the friendly staff was amazing! nothing was too much annoyed for her. I heard that they had a new manager recently, who was preparing us for the goodbye. he seemed very positiw and was eager for feedback that we gave to the highest we saw when we could not blame them in any wise way. eating was fab and the selection of drinks was great, also for the children. smiles all round. thanks for yate!

Great family friendly place to eat, food quality is always good and it's always nice and clean. The staff are always polite and cheerful. The only thing is that sometimes it can take a very long time to receive the food you have ordered but the staff do always try their best to give you a friendly service to the best of their abilities.
