We visited this restaurant yesterday with our entire family, a total of 17 people, and we couldn't find a single fault. The food arrived all at once and was served hot. The portion sizes were fantastic, and the children's meals were excellent. The young man who served us at the bar was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our young waitress was just as wonderful. Everything was outstanding. Congratulations to everyone involved. I only wish I had gotten the names of our servers. Our reservation was for 4:30, if that helps. These young individuals are a true credit to your establishment. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

I attempted to follow the links in the email, but the website was not functioning properly. Even after showing the uninterested waiter the email, he remained indifferent. Ultimately, I paid the bill and decided that I would never return to a FB restaurant again. The email didn't mention anything about needing a reservation, and it's quite surprising to be told that you must book online for a company-sponsored voucher.

The atmosphere is always delightful for dining a bit later than usual. The food is consistently well-prepared, and I truly believe this place serves the best milkshakes around.

I really hate to give bad reviews.. but this was genuinely one of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. The food was repulsive- the chicken came with some what ‘tomato pasta’ which more or less was chopped tomatoes in over cooked pasta. Everything about this meal was badly cooked, no flavour and CHEAP. Service was good, but sadly this didn’t do anything to help our terrible experience. He gave us a bit of money off to compensate for our meal (thankyou) but still £40 which I would describe as worse than any spoons I’ve ever had the sadness of eating in. We only ate here as Nando’s was fully booked, this explained the empty tables here.

We booked a table for 5 to take our 3 young grandchildren out for a treat after spending an hour in the local arcade. Food was very good.I had a full rack of Ribs which fell off the bone. Kids meals were very good. A drink, main, side and dessert for under £7 each. The main plus of the evening was the service from John. What a truly delightful man. He interacted well with the kids and spoke to them all about all sorts of things. He made them feel welcome and took time to make each one feel special. You don't get this sort of service normally. They were all blown away by his kindness. Frankie and Bennys should be so proud to have John as part of their team in Longwell Green. We will definitely go back again soon and the main reason will be the great service.
