Issues with my meal and no way to contact Birdbox directly. The food was a bit cold, and some items missing, but the main problem is not being able to speak to anyone at the restaurant, as it doesn 't exist, it 's really just Frankie and Benny 's. Disappointing. View all feedback.
Missing a whole burger from my order. Tried calling and kept getting passed over to other people. Chips were cold too. Avoid!
Terrible. Second time I've ordered from here both times order is missing the fries. How difficult is it to put in the bag what's on the order

I had a wonderful dining experience at F B Filton. The General Manager, Luke, personally greeted us and took the time to discuss our son's nut allergy. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone with allergies, as they will be well taken care of.
