The food at this restaurant is incredible. I have been living nearby for the past 19 years and this has always been our favorite Chinese restaurant. I wouldn't pay attention to negative reviews. Sometimes the restaurant gets busy and may have a shortage of staff, which can affect delivery times. If you really want your food quickly, you can always go pick it up yourself. What Sergeabn doesn't like about China Town:
Arrived to order a takeaway, young Chinese guy at the counter, no hello good evening, nothing. We placed an order and returned to collect our food, again the same response, might as well have been a robot. very poor customer service. Will never spend my money there again, as for the food not that brilliant either, full of onions. I would give this place a wide berth if I were you. View all feedback.
They can't follow simple requests!!! Asked for my food without onion 4 times, I've got onion!!! Food ok in general, but totally ruined by ignorance. Staff always miserable when I enter the premises.

After a disaster of a cream tea locally we ordered from this takeaway as so hungry! Food delivered within the given timeframe by a friendly driver. All food was hot and tasty and as requested. Thank you so much for lovely meal.
This experience was awful. The food was really bad quality. The Kung po chicken tasted of vinegar, the noodles tasted of burnt curry, the chips were like rubber and the sesame toast had been sat in the box for ages and were soggy. The worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Do not waste your time ordering from here.
Second order error where special fried rice was ordered and received Yong chow fried rice. Ribs were not ribs but something like chopped tail sections. King prawn balls in batter were half the size they used to be. Also used to give free prawn crackers with larger orders; spent over £80 with nothing. This takeaway used to be good but has been declining in service and quality over the past year.
