Tom's Famous Hamburgers - South Gate

If you weren't here... TRY IT....You will like it and appreciate the service of the employees and Cook. I recommend this TOM'S in a heartbeat. They serve the request... and the prices are incomparable with the name of the TOM for other RESTURANTS.

I’ve always had pretty good experiences here. I usually stop by for the fries, and they’re great because you get a generous portion and they make them fresh. However, I do wish the staff in the back would wear their masks properly.

This small, unassuming eatery was quite enjoyable. It's definitely not fancy, but that's part of its charm. I had a burrito that I must say was pretty tasty. To wash it down, I had a large horchata that was delicious and incredibly refreshing.

Firstly, the drive-thru window is on the passenger side, which completely undermines the convenience of wanting to stay in your car. However, chili fries have always been one of my favorites, so I'll return for those, as I haven't found them as good at other places.

I've lived in my neighborhood for a long time, but it was a rare and spontaneous visit that made me appreciate something familiar. The owners were very professional yet gracious towards my needs, despite a slight language barrier. They worked together to find a solution for me, which, in my opinion, demonstrates a solid understanding of customer service basics. Although I'm not a regular visitor, I would love to return and would definitely recommend others to check it out.
