La Praviana - South Gate

Pupusas are delicious. I've been coming here for over ten years the food is good the cooks have changed but its still the best Ive ever had in and Ive payd $4.50 for one that had the looks of a crepe and tasted disgusting.

I came to get 4 pupusas with just me and 2 kids. I usually come here and my 2 and 5 year old love them. But today I was waiting 30-40 minutes for 4 pupusas and a couple that came after us got their 4 pupusas first. Didn't seem fair specially that we've been waiting so long. Specially how the waitress didn't acknowledge that we were here first and didn't care much for the mistake done. I don't care if they did the mistake, but please take responsibility over thesituation. The way you handle the issue made me write this review.

I used to come to this restaurant but today I found out that people needs to order at the window to be seated. Some people were waiting outside because there's not enough room between the door and the window. Also, they didn't have most of the dishes that they have in their menu. I don't know if they have changed of owner but I don't think that I will ever come back to this place again.

I’ve been coming here for many years but I noticed in the last couple of years service has taken a slide, mainly due to under staffed. I went there with my wife today and waited for our food a long time. Server never came by to check on us. We were served with disposable forks knifes. This utensils were useless. The knife could not cut thru the soft popusas. We ended up having to use our hands to cut them. This made the dining experience very unsatisfying to say the least.
