La Michoacana Premium - South Gate

POOR SANITATION!!!!! First time here and definitely my last ...... The lady with the grey hair charged the customer ahead of me, took my order, prepared my crepe with her hands literally touched grabbed the strawberries and bananas , charged me and never took off her nasty filthy gloves. What's the point of wearing gloves if you're touching money , and preparing food with the same contaminated gloves. The lack of training and common sense is evident.......

I would love to not even give this place one star. Customer service is pathetic and mediocre! A short dark lady gave us attitude when we asked if she could prepare a Chile apple we asked for. She rolled her eyes right in front of our faces as her coworker saw that and said she would do it for us she still had the f nerve to come back and tell us I 'm not doing this for you, I 'm doing it for her (coworker) but yet we are the paying customer. I would not go back here ever.

The corn is NOT sweet corn the esquite was not tasty at all ... I asked if the corn is sweet corn the lady said yes but when I tasted the esquite I couldn 't taste the sweet corn at all...! Disappointed...

This place is horrible. I asked for a cup of water after spending almost 50 dollars in ice creams and being so thirsty because of their Ice creams, and not only they don't offer complimentary water but they charge you $2 per 16.9 oz small bottles of pure life water. Their greedy business model is a disgrace to ice cream parlors: I will never come back to this location and will highly recommend against coming here to my multiple friends and family members.

Avoid coming here at all cost. Came here well over an hour before closing. I told them what I wanted and they complained that that they had already cleaned the machine basically telling me to get something else. I apologized for essentially making her work which is what she's there for but told her that that's what my friend was craving and she's pregnant so that's what I wanted. She said let me see essentially asking for proof that my friend who was next to me was in fact pregnant. Like what. I honestly was speechless didn't even know how to respond. Please hire people who actually want to work. The quality of everything here also seems to be going down, yet I kept coming back due to the proximity. Definitely making the drive to the next snack bar over next time.
