My son was in the mood for 5 Guys so we stopped here. If you've ever been here, then a review isn't necessary because you know that you will get exactly (and more) than you wanted and be completely satisfied when done. What catherine taylor doesn't like about Five Guys:
I got a little bacon burger, ordering was fine and service was fast because no one was in there and now I know why. I had to have them remake my order because they put tomatoes on the top and Im allergic which was the first issue but even after they remade it they forgot the bacon and gave me a hard time about it. I still had the receipt and yet. They were looking at me like I was wrong. View all feedback.
Not a good experience to say the least. After a 20 minute of not receiving my food and watching everyone else getting their orders, I had to ask where is my order? In response I was told my order was dropped on the floor and then and only then did they begin to remake my order. Upon finally receiving my to go order, I get home and tasted the fries and they were so salty they could not be consumed! A waste of my hard earned money, $7.69 thrown in the garbage.
I visited this location yesterday, in the past I have never had a bad experience at five guys however this was the worst time ever! I was trying to order 2 single burgers, 1 double, and 1 order of fries. The person that was taking my order kept repeating okay 3 patties right, and I repeated 1 double and 2 singles. After about several minutes I was so frustrated that I was ready to cancel my order and leave. At one point he said “ you are confusing me”. I then said I don’t understand how I am confusing you! I want 1 double cheeseburger and 2 single burgers. You keep saying 3 patties, and then he said oh I was talking to them, gesturing at the people preparing the burgers. I was very embarrassed as well as hearing grunts and groans from the people in line behind me! When I finally got my order which really didn’t take long) my fries were not the traditional serving that is spilling over in the bag, there were only enough fries to fill up the medium container! I will definitely not be returning to five guys after this humiliating experience!
Who said customer service was dead? They surely have not been to this location. They messed up my order. I went in ready to face the attitude of their mistake and received the complete opposite. The manager was so polite, apologetic, and helpful. He basically rolled out the red carpet. I felt as if my business was important to the establishment and he didn’t want to lose me as a customer. It was a top notch experience
Waited longer for a milkshake than the people behind me in line getting actual cooked food. Will never waste my time again! The people operating establishments like this actually make it a chore to give them your money. No thanks will never be back. And the shake sucked. Too thick no milk added just a $7 scoop of soft serve in a cup with only a straw to eat it with. Terrible. Can I have my tip back?
Easy to get in and out. Everything you expect- friendly employees, good food, and great service.
