On June 5, 2018 Chipotle Mexican Grill honor nurses .. Thanks to Chipotle that you offer a bogo deal. I could have dinner and lunch for the following day. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, and something needs to be done about it. The management and staff are inadequate! They often don’t have everything needed to prepare a bowl. If I could make a lower assessment, I would. hygiene of the personal, portion size, etc ignored during the order. I hate to give bad crispy, but if it were a thing, I wouldn't care. there were several things that just formed the review. the personal who shakes the hand of a customer, then proceed to serve food without gloves, 1/3 the portion size for all our foods, but still with us pay full price $17-ish dollar for 2 very pathetic looking burritos,) and more. was out salat and went only to inform me and every other, after I was usually on my order and mentioned it was really bad again.
I went to the restaurant on Friday night at 5:30 a.m. and, after waiting in line for five minutes, a staff member announced that they were completely out of the food. The owner should definitely be upset about this, and the person who handled the ordering should either be fired or reassigned. I ended up going to Legacy instead and received exceptional service. I will not be returning to this restaurant or Harvard again. What a disappointment.
My experience at Chipotle was disappointing. The service was consistently slow, with online orders often arriving 20-30 minutes late, even before the dinner rush started. While the quality of the food is decent, the timing is never reliable.
Just do what they want. I'm not picky, I'm gonna eat a lot. I asked for light tomatillo sauce and they overhauled it. it was so annoying spicy and hot, I could hardly eat it. in the grunde did the complete opposite of what I asked about my order. light salate instead of extra, limonade instead of icy etc. tiny, also tiny portions. this place sucks.
Someone help this poor store, they need it. This location is always a shambles. Staff is disorganized or absent, the place is a mess, they're always out of ingredients. I understand that there are labor shortages and supply chain issues right now, and these can be valid reasons for less-than-ideal performance. Still, Chipotle corporate needs to intervene and give the staff here the leadership they need to run a better ship. They can do it! Help them!
