J Pho - South Elgin

The restaurant clearly doesn’t understand customer service. I called in to order the spicy beef noodle soup to go, and the person who took my order was incredibly rude! He told me my order would be ready in 2 minutes (since I was nearby), but I ended up waiting 15 minutes. When I finally got home and tried the food, I discovered it was frozen and lacked flavor. What a letdown! If there had been an option for 0 stars, I would have gladly chosen it.

The pho was delicious, and the BBQ pork sandwich is my absolute favorite. The atmosphere is lovely, and the waitress was incredibly friendly. The service was fantastic! The kids really enjoyed the pho and fried rice as well.

I had the large pho, which was rich in flavor and clearly slow-cooked for a long time. The owner came over to share details about his cooking process, which was great to hear. I ordered the combination of fried rice and egg rolls, and both were incredibly delicious. My spouse chose the spring rolls and pho, and we both enjoyed smoothies that were also fantastic. We absolutely love this place!

The food was absolutely amazing! my man and my daughter had both the pho, which was so delicious that I could grind the broth directly from the bowl. my vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll was also tasteful. If you like to eat Vietnamese, you will love j pho.

Great Vietnamese cuisine! the staff was very attentive and did their best to make our meal as comfortable as possible. as Vietnamese I can verify that eating was excellently authentic, and on request the cook will adapt her eating to her lust. my usual order is the pho đ deservec Bifoldt, and the bowl itself is shocked full of taste, and the noodles and meats are of excellent quality. tables and seats were mostly clean, and I was surprisingly impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom, as other viet restaurants that I visited in the past lacked in this department. small detail, but very appreciated. the service can be slow during the busier hours, but it is busy from a reason! total experience was definitiw the time worth, I often eat here! very recommended.
