Cinnamon Pancake House - South Elgin

Excellent service!!! We decided to go for breakfast on Labor Day and oh surprise the place was super busy but our waitress was super attentive and the service was impeccable. Thank you Marci for your hard work and excellent service definitely coming back,The food is delicious ????.

If I was only going off food this place wod have gotten 5 stars. The reason it got 3 stars from me was because I couldn't give it 2-1/2 stars, and it's all because of the service. They do not take names as people come in, you just wait in line. Wewaited for 15 minutes and they kept seating people that came in after us. We said something, but it made no difference, they'djust shrug their shoulders and continue on. A group of 3 women came in and after they waited only 1 minute, a waitress theyknew sat them right away. How is that fair?? We were FINALLY seated and then waited an additional 15 minutes to be waited on. All the time they were taking the orders of people seated after us! We felt like we were invisible!! We were about to leavewhen someone acknowledged us. The food however was amazing, but because of the rudeness and lack of professionalism of thestaff, I highly doubt we'll ever return.

We tried this restaurant and was not disappointed! It was clean and decorated with white and gray decor. We tried the cinnamon pancakes! Amazing. We also tried the eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and also a cinnamon roll! Very good. Only negative was it waschilly inside.

Nice local breakfast place, haven?t been here for lunch. Great selection of food. Hash browns cooked perfectly.

I absolutely LOVE this place. My girlfriend and I went there on a whim one time and we are so glad we did. We've been there 10 plus times now and every times the service is great, the food comes quick, and it's always super delicious.
