•Food is good but don’t expect top quality produce. •Jacket potatoes are always served on a plate that’s much too small once you start eating and open up the potato. •They’ve changed the biscuit you get with tea or coffee for an extremely cheap and tasteless one. Coffee was really awful. Tasted like the stuff you get if you run hot water through your coffee-maker a second time, after you have already made one coffee.
My new favourite, a very welcoming, professional staff and a menu that doesn't disappoint. A lovely brunch, The kitchen also provide me and my daughter a dairyfree alternative.
We were out for the morning with friends and stumbled upon this charming restaurant in a picturesque setting. The tea and coffee were excellent, and the cakes were delicious. A visit here is definitely recommended.
