The Garden At Swarkestone Nursery

The service we received during our visit for the afternoon was far from acceptable. I would not recommend this special service we were shown on our table and once the drinks, sandwiches cakes were delivered, we told an employee... about to check if everything was in order was review for refilling. this did not happen, so we went to the time to demand refilling. I know that the staff was busy with other customers, but we had booked the afternoon with a premium rate to eliminate the need to keep the visit of the time. I wrote to the restaurant manager who explained my reasons for group disappointment, but the answer I received was a personal attack, which indicates that I did not have a real bill about our visit and my standards were high the email response came to the conclusion that all feedback was important to them, but I would suggest that this is not the case since I received the response. In summary, I would suggest that the afternoon tea is a service that is a step too far for the restaurant to offer, as the employees are busy with regular customers.

Had only a new outstanding afternoon tea that was good again to its previous high standards as at most places it is not only the food that makes a great experience, so a great thanks to you to sue, the personal and professional customer services and...so welcome for us. do not envy all team who work so hard to supply qualitatiw high quality food we come back!

My father for the afternoon, it was nice, good selection of sandwiches and cakes and a lot of tee, staff were very attentive and nothing was too much annoying, even bought left over house in a small box, will definitiw back.

I recently enjoyed excellent service and tasty eating in the garden restaurant. we were a group of family and friends who came together after the funeral of my beloved mother. the afternoon tea was excellent and plentiful. everything was fresh and beautifully presented. the house made skorones. was particularly tasty. everyone in the party has composed the food. sue has all looked after us so well. she worked tirelessly with us all tee and coffee etc. and was extremely pleasant and accentuating. I can't be treated much of the service and the food and the food. many thanks to amanda sue and the rest of the team that created such a special event for us. our warmer thanks.

We had a lovely family get together for afternoon tea at Swarkestone Nursery today. As a group of we received excellent service Sue was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of food was excellent, and generous portions. Lovely environment,...and good value for money. I would definitely recommend and plan to return.
