Contribute FeedbackIn a recent exploration of local dining, experiences varied dramatically across a single establishment. While some patrons lamented poor food quality and subpar service under new management, others praised attentive staff and enjoyed delicious meals. Highlights included a welcoming atmosphere, dog-friendly policies, and tasty desserts. However, reports of long waits and rude service created a stark contrast. Ultimately, the restaurant showcased a mix of heartfelt hospitality and overlooked operations, leaving diners divided on whether to revisit or seek alternatives. As with many dining experiences, consistency remains key to customer satisfaction.
Terrible food, under new manager, chips cold, mushrooms nuked, mouth burned when trying to eat, 2 steaks ordered, Both different sizes!!!, very grisly, had much better when previous landlady was in charge. Bring her back....Only 1 Chef, was the EXCUSE for long delay of meal Stay away and find somewhere Better.
The staff at this pub are very friendly. The menu offers typical pub food. I ordered the three small plates and found the food to be just okay, similar to other chain restaurants. A bonus is that this pub is dog friendly.
Waiting staff were amazing when I went for a couple hours in the evening. Great service and conversation when I was there.
Excellent staff. Very polite and welcoming. Always keeping us up to date with food times. Food was amazing my husband loved his fish and chips. Cant wait to return Thank you.
Outstanding service from the moment we were welcomed by the staff, Becky escorted us to our table and our drinks were swiftly delivered. The menu was exceptional and the staff were incredibly attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!
