Not sure if it a lack of staff but the first impression whenever we have been here lately is the tables need clearing/cleaning. The coffee is always smooth and not bitter. Which is why we come here. Popped in before going to the cinema as it is very convenient.I had the chocolate crunchy thing which was nice. Loves to load this. the personal love! for 4 years we are there, and it is always fab! the poor reviews must be of people who are more than perfect!
The workers of swadlincote are always friendly and helpful. was not happy that they are not our favorite raspberry/white chocolate muffin, but hay-ho.
Today I visited costa in swadlincote with my 9 weeks old baby twins. the personal was always amazing, friendly and helpful. it was my first time in publicity with the girls so was nervous that they woke up and caused a scene and they woke up, but with the help of the beautiful staff and also a few nice ladies sitting just from me it was not almost as bad as I expected. I was at the end of early to leave, but was given a doggy bag with my unfinished cake, so I enjoy it home (in peace.
Love come to costa coffee in swad. friendly staff especially harriet. it was our wedding anniversary yesterday we were out for lunch, but we still came in swad costa for a coffee to finish the day nicely.
I love Costa at swadlincote it's the best anywhere the staff are always so friendly and nothing is too much trouble I think it needs an extension it is so popular
