Kfc - South Charleston

One of the best spicy chicken sandwiches for fast food. I like to get the spicy chicken with extra spicy mayonnaise and then add ranch to it. The Nashville hot chicken is pretty good too considering it’s fast food. This particular location has always been friendly and quick. The food isn’t always 100% consistent but that’s to be expected from a fast food chain, so unless a location is consistently bad, I don’t hold it against them.

They take forever and just don’t have customer service. Paid for a large drink they are out of cups and get a small they say. Ordered chicken strips and told to wait in the parking lot and it took 24 mins for the food. I had to go back in to get it because they forgot who it goes to. This place sucks. Go somewhere else!

0/5 don’t recommend. Entire store is unorganized, staff is rude, quality of food is definitely 2/5. I paid about $60 for food, a staff member by the name of “Allie” apparently put my order in “pick up” as I was waiting inside the store to receive it, it was about 10—15 of my food sitting in “pick up” before anyone told me it was my order. Every single time I come through I end up waiting in the parking lot for half an hour. It's like they don't do any food prep. Or just don't care. There were people outside smoking while several cars were parked waiting on food. Hopefully they get better management, pretty sure the manager is who I saw smoking outside during the chaos

This time we dined in. There was a short wait on our entrées to be prepared but following our wait our meal was very satisfactory
