What Inès Parmentier doesn't like about Burger King:
I stopped by today to sample the Impossible Whopper. Burger King 's marketing people did a great job promoting this while the Burger King chefs came up short. This vegetarian Whopper contains what could visually pass for ground beef in appearance but it 's completely lacking taste. Frankly, couldn 't even sense chewing it. The Impossible Whopper contained no fat. It wasn 't 80-20, it was 100-0 leaving this sandwich b... View all feedback.
The employees at this restaurant could use some better training. There's absolutely no reason to use derogatory terms like the "R word" towards customers or even other staff members. As someone who has a speech and processing disorder, I find the use of such language particularly offensive. I won't be returning.
The restaurant at this location generally performs well. Most of the time, they get your order right. The staff is usually friendly and attentive, paying good attention to detail! The food is typically quite good, although it can be a bit messy at times (like too much mayo and the lettuce haphazardly thrown on). Be prepared for some wait time if you go through the drive-thru, which can occasionally be quite lengthy. Pricing is average and comparable to other fast food chains; it largely depends on how much you order and what items you choose!
I stopped by today to try the Impossible Whopper. Burger King's marketing team did a fantastic job promoting it, but unfortunately, the chefs didn't quite deliver. This vegetarian version of the Whopper looks like it has ground beef, but it completely lacks flavor. Honestly, I could barely even tell I was chewing it. The Impossible Whopper had no fat at all; it wasn't 80-20 like a traditional burger, it was a total 100-0. This left the sandwich relying heavily on the bun and a slab of imitation meat, with flavor coming solely from the usual condiments and the bun itself. The only source of fat was the mayonnaise. What a disappointment!
Seems to have improved since rebuilding
Fast service. Friendly staff.
