I've been eating the week here for years. very reliable, consistent, standard dishes proudly prepared and presented by the young family of the owner koch. only disappointment is the recent ending of their very economical lunch specials menu. recommend the hot and sour suppe and szechuann huh sweet. What Innessa Karpova doesn't like about Hong Kong Kitchen:
The house special soup could be a meal by itself, brimming with a little bit of everything, as if the chef was in a particularly great mood! The guy at the counter was charming and very pleasant to interact with—perhaps customer service isn't completely extinct after all! It's clear that the chefs take pride in what they serve. We ordered takeout, but there appeared to be a dining area if you prefer to eat in. The pl... View all feedback.
Hadn't been here since I changed jobs, decided to go back...and then our going to...and it was all amazing! Taste! Boneless ribs were so good, not a bunch of fat as we got elsewhere, spring rolls so fresh tasting! Beef Mooshi beef so good!!!!! General's chicken!
My boyfriend I come here several times a week. One of our favorite things to eat when we’re hungry. Always hittin never a miss!!
Only place I will go to get Chinese food!! Their food is amazing, and love how this is a family business. When you go inside to get your food you will be greeted by one of their kid's, and they are such sweet children. Let's eat at a family business like this!!
Been going to this Chinese restaurant for over 11 years now. I get it like once a month. the only 1 downside is since I've been going there their prices keep going up and up and up so when I first started going there I would have gave it 5 stars. Today I'd give it 3-4 because the prices should not go up that fast.. My 3 things I always get are general tse chicken and 1 large chicken teriyak sticks. It use to be a total of $22. now it's up to nearly $38-45 for 3 things. But overall no complaints about the food' food is always hot. excellent service. Good workers' just the prices are high these days but everything else in this country is high too.... Overall best Chinese place I've ever gone to in Vermont.... Check it out if you're in that area. it's worth a try. 11 years I've been going there..... I still love it!!!!!!!
That was absolutely delicious! We tried the beef, vegetables, and pork dishes, and all of them surpassed what we experienced at similar restaurants in Vermont. We will definitely be coming back!
