Domino's Pizza West End

We ordered a garlic prawn pizza and this is what we received after 45 minutes waiting. Called the store many times but no one pick up the phone. Very disappointed.

The one star is generous, my friend and i stood waiting 20 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza, there were around 3 orders on the screen so not exactly busy. The way one of the junior employees was being treated by management and other staff was horrible and rude, their attitude in general was terrible.

Placed an order (5th order in a week for our staff working late) order never arrived, called the next day to follow up. Was basically told it’s my fault cause they were too busy to fufill the order they cancelled it. They were to busy to call me to let me know and I “should” get a refund in 10 days… I said I would leave a review..then the same guy called me back on a private number and said “f you” and hung up. Literally this is the standard dominos is setting, it’s laughable and probably the most unprofessional thing a manager has ever said to me… due to a mistake they made.

When I first arrived and came to the counter, my friend and I were immediately confronted with the treatment of the owner/manager(? to the young boy who i’m assuming was on his trial shift. After we ordered our food, I ordered a pepsi and the manager yelled at one of the cashiers to “make sure you charge them 50 cents if they ask for any cups” which we definitely found odd. After this we had to stand waiting for 20 mins for 1 large pepperoni pizza…and the place was empty. During the 20 mins we watched the teenage boy be treated horribly, yelling and commanding him to do things, calling him incompetent ect. very sad. I felt like I was starring in an episode of ‘what would you do’. I hope that that kid quits or finds a better place to transfer to because this was very depressing.

After my last bad experience I thought I’d give dominos west end another go, given it has been several months. Never again !!! Dominos west end clearly has a systematic problem, again a very poor experience 1 hour from ordering in store to my pizzas being ready ?! That is just unheard of… people were ordering after me and getting their pizzas before me. But it does not stop there … I get given my pizzas finally after checking with them the 2nd when it reached 1 hr, I walk out and get 5 metres and it’s the wrong order! I go back they don’t apologise and say we’ll fix it 5 minutes later I’m handed pizzas they appear correct and then I walk the 5 minutes home and the pizzas are stone cold and look dry and as if cooked earlier and sat somewhere as pre cooked back ups. My recommendation, if you want dominos get the cash out at the atm and light it up and let it burn away cause that is as good as it will get waste of money!
