Diners beware. Really disappointing service and looks like things have changed for the worse. We’ve been coming to Billy Kart since it opened and hadn’t been in the last 12 months. Decided to go this morning and restaurant was less than a quarter full. Waited 45 minutes for my son’s bacon and eggs. I am sad to say the Billy Kart of old is gone. I just enjoyed an incredibly delicious meal at Billykart. It was especially impressive considering my current complex food restrictions due to health issues. The staff was extremely accommodating, making me feel comfortable rather than like an inconvenience. This will definitely be my go-to spot for dinner in West End!
The staff is amazing and friendly, and the eggs Benedict were sensational. The coffee was spot on too! I will definitely be back again.

Great service, excellent food, fantastic espresso martini! We went to dinner Sunday night and were seated right next to the open kitchen. I rather enjoyed watching the chefs work especially the one with the sleeve of tattoos. Single and straight, by any chance? ;
