Potato Shack - South Brazos

Food is decent, only worth it when Hooked has some deals though.

Place is worked by a bunch of idiots. I've never seen a more poorly run restaurant. They don't know how to take orders or keep inventory. Food is still bomb tho so they keep you coming back.

Disappointing. Called in my order, was told it would be ready when I arrived. Nope. Man ordered at the counter after me and got his well in advance. Took 20 minutes from phone call to getting potato. It's a potato ... not a gourmet meal. Employees not professional and didn't seem to care about the customers.

It took them two and a half hours to deliver. I called, and they hadn't even prepared it yet. It just gets worse every time I order from them. It's good food, but their service is just horrible.

Good food in a very small environment. No fuss or frills the inside is very run down but it's good for a good quick bite. Potatoes have many options and they are stuffed with meat!
