The best tacos in Bryan! La Jefa is a hidden gem in a tiny gas station and it has some of the best tacos ever. My favorites are the shredded chicken tacos and the bistek (stewed beef with a rich red sauce). Also worth noting are the super fluffy homemade flour tortillas that all of the tacos come on and the delicious homemade salsas! I haven't had any of the other dishes they offer, but I'm sure they're just as good!... View all feedback.

A very good breakfast taco place! Very Lowkey and a hole in the wall. They work hard and are very clean, give it a try.
