Jersey Mike's Subs - Feedback

What Darrell Worthy doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
The sandwiches are great, but the service is unreliable. I’m afraid I’ll have to stop coming here on principle. My food was supposed to be ready at 12:52. It’s currently 1:33 and my sandwich is still not ready. I have an issue like this about 10-15% of the time I go to Jersey Mike’s. This place is a gem buried in the strip next to HEB. The restaurant is always clean, the food is always fresh, and the people are always ready to chat you up while you order.I like the classic Italiano, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Their craft sodas are also both fantastic.This is a fantastic place to eat, and I go there at least twice a month. View all feedback.
