What Colleen C dislikes about Hong Kong:
The food lacked any flavor and seemed to be cooked in old oil, which was unpleasant. I could have found better frozen meals at Food Lion. The sesame chicken was so overcooked that you couldn't even taste the chicken through the breading. The chicken and broccoli were tough and flavorless, and the fried rangoons were just as rubbery. It’s hard to believe a restaurant could stay in business serving food like this. Defi... View all feedback.

They are always very welcoming! I usually choose to eat out because I’m not a fan of the sound of chairs scraping across the floor, but that’s just my preference. I've never had any complaints about the food—it's absolutely delicious!
Best Chinese food around including Clarksville and Chase City.
I ordered vegan food, but they added pork to my fried rice! Fortunately, I noticed it in time. The staff member I spoke to had a bit of an attitude about the situation, and their English language skills weren't very strong either.
A while back, I had issues with the chicken wings being so small after normally they have been large size. I called they made it right in the chicken wings still was not what I expected. So I won’t be getting Those no more there. However, I should’ve checked my bag I guess . My wife and I eat there at least three times a week to where they know my number Real well. Tonight I ordered a combination meal and a few other things over $20 like I normally do. Got home looked in my order and it was missing A egg roll from my combination meal. Called up waited talk to the manager. Manager said no problem he would put it on my phone number. Get a callback from somebody that knows me telling me from some New York number . She claims that she checked my bag and the egg roll in there. I couldn’t believe I was getting a call back about an egg roll that I reported not being in there. And then she tells me she made sure it was there cause she knows my number and she always check my bag. I think it’s pretty sad. Times have really changed. What happened to the customer is always right. That was the old days. They’re not the only game around here so after all these years, I will not be going to their facility. No more. The quality of food has went down. The portions went down. And obviously they care for the customer has gone.
Excellent eggrolls, and the beef fried rice was even better as leftovers. Will definitely be coming back!
Title: A Mixed Bag of Experiences at Local Chinese Eatery At this local Chinese restaurant, diners have encountered a blend of experiences that highlight both exceptional flavors and notable inconsistencies. While some patrons laud the delicious cuisine and welcoming atmosphere, others express frustration over incorrect orders and declining portion sizes. A recurring theme is the uneven quality, with dishes varying from delightful to disappointing. Complaints about service quality and food preparation have surfaced, leading some loyal customers to question their continued patronage. Overall, while the establishment has its fans, it's clear that improvements in consistency and customer service are needed to enhance the dining experience.

"This is the best Chinese food in the area, surpassing even the options in Clarksville and Chase City. I ordered takeout for dinner, and I found the prices to be very reasonable, averaging between $10 and $20 per person. The food was excellent, earning a 5 out of 5 rating, and the service was equally impressive, also a perfect 5. The atmosphere was okay, so I'd give it a 3, but the quality of the food and service more than made up for it."
The experience was quite disappointing due to the rude and disrespectful behavior. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The Shanghai Chicken was prepared just like I remember from my time in South Asia. It is truly authentic in both flavor and presentation. Compared to other Asian restaurants in the area, this one stands out significantly.
I thoroughly enjoyed the meal!
The food was best.
The food was excellent. I highly recommend it!

The restaurant is great, and I appreciate the safer methods they have implemented for food service during COVID.
This is by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had.
The best takeout in South Boston! I really enjoy the sesame chicken and shrimp lo mein.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but I’m not sure why. It definitely wasn’t worth the money. The chicken lacked both flavor and the texture of real chicken. The crab Rangoon had a decent taste, but they were tough and unlike any I’ve had before. My fiancé ordered the beef, but he couldn't taste much, and I tried it too—it was bland and not enjoyable. I'm feeling disappointed. Being from Louisiana, I guess we’re accustomed to more flavorful dishes, but this just didn't measure up. I highly recommend avoiding this place to save your money.
