Mcdonald's - South Bethany

The service was absolutely horrible. They did not understand what I wanted to order and they missed a few things. They also did not include napkins with the order.

Ordered a coffee in the early evening. Busy as expected and nice modern interior friendly somewhat overwhelmed staff but they are trying and courteous. Inside music is a bit loud and all low-key pop modern R B. Not hip hop but still annoying. Slightly muted but still: please lower the volume and mix it up with some oldies for those over 40, please. Or even go closer towards the silence of a busy cafe. I felt the need to get out earlier and no order more. It probably helps the staff but doesn’t seem in tune with the customer base trying to relax with their meal.

Very expensive for fast food. Burger very sloppily put together.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too gave me the wrong drink, gave an an extra burger and didn’t even get my original burger anywhere close to right, couldn’t even here worker through speaker just terrible.

Stopped by for breakfast this weekend. I have to say the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!!! It took awhile to make up my mind as to what to get to eat because the menu on the screens only showed part of what was available. Several different people asked if they could help me during this time. I appreciated that. I made my choice and received my food super fast!! It was hot, the portions were good, but in the end it's still fast food. I wish more fast food places had employees like this one! I will go out of my way to eat here next time I'm in the area and want fast food.
