On a positive note, breakfast at Baker’s Restaurant on the ground floor was a delightful experience. Every morning, Erika and Hanna went above and beyond by bringing hangers for me and my team. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I placed and paid for my order, but they managed to take ten more orders after mine. I was the only one left waiting and when they asked if I had received everything, I told them no, I was still waiting. I mentioned that I work as a food service manager and that orders should be filled in the order they are received. Rooms were disgusting. Had not been dusted in weeks. Stains on comforters. Mold in bathrooms. Bar closes early and all beer was old and disgusting. Had a wedding party and family there... embarrassed to have recommended anyone here. We had a block of rooms and were spread all over hotel. Would have liked to be out closer together but I was told they don't have people to clean rooms. That was very apparent!!
Taylor is the best event manager ever! From planning to the reception on the day excellent, hassle free experience. Taylor made it super easy. The hotel event staff on the day of were friendly and accommodating. We had a few last minute requests that they made happen with no problems. Our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended.

Unfortunately we were not impressed. our room was cleaned once in the 5 days we were in the hotel (on the day before departure, after complaining). a purer bursts into our room without knocking the door or notify us before the entrance. we had so high expectations, based on our experiences in hilton hotels, both in the united kingdom and in the country. it was extremely disappointing!
I worked with dave and his team at doubletree to book a group reservation. dave could not work easier, and we really appreciated how responsive and flexible they were with our logistic plans that changed several times during the process. the location in the city is great and walkable everywhere you have to drive in the city.
