What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
At least they have the ingredients in stock and don’t act like it’s a hassle to prepare the drinks. It feels like they make it seem as if customers are bothering them by asking them to do their job. View all feedback.
It’s a good Starbucks to go to but it’s always something wrong with this one they seem to close early for no reason and when I try to place a big order they say that can’t make my drinks because it’s doing to much for the cashier

This by the WORST Starbucks I have been at, me and a couple of other students from ND use to stop in frequently, and I give it a little forbearance since it seems to be the training center for the country. I heard this lady yelling at a person in the drive through and I could not believe it, I then stood up and actually saw for myself instead of her making the drinks she stepped over to the drive thru and starting yelling and arguing with a customer asking something about, why are you trying to get me fired . Me and my friends were freaking out, it no longer scares me that the mentally Ill person stops in and starts talking to me and then they totally call the police, even after he has purchased something, it 's actually weather the this Barista is going to put something in my drink cause she is having a bad day. I have been to many Starbucks around the country as I am from CA, never have I experienced this kind of behavior or overreaction to a customer. This Barista totally stopped making our drinks just to go and yell at some customer in the drive through, even if it 's an old employee, it 's wrong and terrible that the whole store had to listen to this conversation. Just a side note, all of you should know, there is a way better place cost effective and bigger is ZEN coffee bar.

My daughter and I visited the area over Christmas weekend and decided to stop by this Starbucks. Our drinks were prepared correctly and ready for pickup. The chocolate cold foam was some of the best I've had in a long time!
