All at Render loved us (a large team of Collegiate Lacrosse) from the delicious fresh food, the comforting environment and the beautiful service. We felt so well treated. The top court ordered was the NY Strip and it was fantastic!!! I didn't want it to end, that was good over your average steak entree you could really taste the freshness of the steak. The bowl was full, but not too heavy. I am usually not a salad fan, but the salad was delicious with the right amount of dressing ah so big flavors. It went smooth, wouldn't have asked. Thank you.
Went to Render during the restaurant week, where she had a special deal “3 plates dessert for $40” and it was worth it. I enjoyed the ink leaf most.
Our server, Scott, was very helpful to explain the menu as it was our first visit. We shared all the records we ordered. The chicken bao was crispy, tasty and with pickled cucumbers and peppers. The crab cakes had great taste. The New York Strip was perfectly cooked and it was very delicate. Let me say I'm not a big fan of Brussels sprouts. That was amazing. The parsnip purée was a good addition to the flavors of the vegetables. If you are a fan of crème brûlée, save space for the trio. The vanilla was tasty, chocolate was rich and creamy, but the favorite was butterfly. We'll be back and next time, I hope it's on Ramen night!
The staff at this restaurant was amazing - they were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for drinks and food. The owner, Hillary, greeted regular customers warmly and was always gracious and smiling. The food was delicious and the unique twists on traditional dishes were a pleasant surprise. The BAO dish is a must-try, with a soft texture that practically melts in your mouth. The sweet potato gnocchi was perfectly seasoned, making it a satisfying comfort food. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit - don't miss out!
I loved dining at this restaurant. The food was unique but delicious. Every dish was executed perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our waiter was personable, knowledgeable, and offered great suggestions for our meal. The meatloaf was particularly delicious. The bao was also fantastic. The cocktails were perfectly crafted. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
