Excellent experience with papa john. it was a Sunday evening, so it was a 50-60 minute waiting, but the pizza was actually delivered faster than that. the driver was very friendly and the pizza was made perfect. not complaining. I would hope that all my pizza order experiences were so good!

I use to order from there and even carry out was slow but man...really went down hill
Placed online delivery order at 6:20pm, email said 30 minutes. When that came and went, called the store and the automated system said delivery by 7:02pm. That came and went with no pizza. Called store at 7:15pm, they said order hasnt even been started yet, I asked how long and they say 20-25 minutes. Called back at 7:45 and was told they still havent started it so I told them to cancel. If you have to get Papa Johns, I would definitely recommend an different store.
I ordered pizza and they told me it will be ready in 55 minutes. I went to pick up and it wasn't ready yet. They said another 10 minutes. I went in there after 10 minutes it wasn't ready yet. I canceled my order and went to Marco's Pizza and it was ready in 15 minutes. Hopefully they will have new management soon.
I wouldnt even give a 1 star. The General manager was so rude. The manager told me he was tired of door dash and the drivers.Told me I will get my door dash order when its ready after waiting 15 mins he told me it would be another 20 mins he is extremely rude and sloppy. I would never hire someone that trashy to run any location. Clothes dont look like they have been washed in weeks
