Kfc - South Bend

Can not add a photo, but the new mac n cheese bowl was barely filled, they get a child meal with popcornn and mac n cheese instead of the regular famous bowl. this place seems always dinge to forget, but through the journey thru go not everyone inspected the bag until they come home. the only positive at this place is the staff in the regular polite.

Why is the lobby never open? Never have pot pies available!!! Always waiting 15 minutes for order. Rude on drive thru speaker, no sense of urgency! Watched 5 cars come after us and served before us. Very poor service.

Terrible service. Never answered me at drive thru. Had to drive up then they said they could hear me but just didn't reply. Then they were short of thighs but offered to replace a thigh in the bucket with a single wing. Aren't thighs and breasts usually considered worth TWO wings or legs? I asked for two and they complied but with attitude. This was a MANAGER!?

Food was cooled french fries had too much salt on it forgot my condiments never go back there again

The food was overpriced and the chicken over cooked. I won't be going back anytime soon. I could have gone to an eat in restaurant for the price I paid. Sticker shock.
