What Scottish Londoner doesn't like about The Ice Cream Factory Not A:
This restaurant serves some of the most affordable ice cream I have had in a long time. However, the quality is far from the smooth gelato you would typically find at an ice cream shop. The texture is icy and the flavor is lacking. Despite the high price of £4.20 for a two scoop tub, the staff were friendly and they do offer gluten free cones. The ice cream at this restaurant is fantastic, but it is quite pricey. They also accommodate gluten-free diets and take special precautions to prevent cross-contamination.
Expensive £8 for 2 tubs (2small scoops in each) quite bland taste. Shop clean colourful and tempting sorry wont be back priced out
The most delicious ice cream that we have ever eaten yet. Fair prices and a lot to choose from as well as many different Scottish sweets. The only problem we encountered was that the male server was extremely slow and dropped our ice cream twice but then a female member of staff stepped in and corrected his mistakes I suppose he’s just in the process of learning other than that everything was great I would highly recommend the Scottish tablet ice cream it is truly delicious
NO trip to the seaside is complete without a locally made ice cream. Ice cream factory hits the spot with a great choice of delicious flavours, servings and toppings not to mention retro sweeties and fancy chocolates! you will not leave empty handed!
The Ice Cream Factory is excellent for both enjoying ice cream on-site and getting it to go in tubs. The ice cream is fantastic and the service is top-notch. It's also reasonably priced, making it a great value for the quality you receive.
