I visited your restaurant this evening after receiving a disappointing and unsatisfactory order from Just Eat. The chicken pakora was inedible, dry, and overcooked. It was clear that you did not care about my complaint and were unwilling to listen to our feedback on the poor quality of the food and service. You were defensive, argumentative, and dismissive of my comments, taking them as a personal attack. Unfortunately, you disappointed your paying customer tonight, even though I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Your attitude was aggressive, abrupt, and non-negotiable, which is unacceptable. The food that came out of your kitchen tonight was of very low quality, and you should strive to improve your service and customer relations. I hope you take this feedback into consideration and work on improving both your customer service and the quality of your food. Your aggressive behavior will only hurt the reputation of your small business in the long run.

Food we got last night was rotten went straight in the bin

Got a donner kebab, which was obviously a reheat from the previous night. Absolutely shocking, I wouldn't even give it to my dog!

I placed an order at this restaurant and it arrived late, the food was cold, and I even found metal in my burger. I called to notify them about the issue and they promised to provide a replacement order once it was ready. However, when I called back tonight, I was informed that there would be no replacement food or compensation because I had left a negative review. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude. My family and I used to order from this restaurant every week, but after this experience, we will never order from them again. I will also be sure to warn my friends and family about the terrible customer service we received.

Ordered chips cheese and donner meet for child. They smothered it in sweet chilli sauce so kid wouldnt eat it neither could i. No compansation offered. Never again will i use.
