We stopped here after dinner for a cold milkshake and an ice cream. We opted for banana and strawberry and to accompany them, an aero and mint aero ice cream. Staff were pleasant and as always food and drinks as expected....and you would surprised how others can! View all feedback.

Three orders in a row and I've had no dips/sauces delivered. I even paid for extra thinking they would send them and still nothing. Manager I spoke to wasn't bothered about my issue View all feedback.

States open 24/7 however went at 1am and all lights were on, staff were visible and sat at the table eating but cones were in place to stop cars going through delivery and doors were locked, staff just stared at us and then hid behind the counter
Had to park up for drive thru but was very busy. Warm food.
Terrible, I usd McD a lot twice a day normaly. For some reason the DA prioritses clean the trays, even though there were plenty available. My table remained un-cleaned for my entire visit.. Ironicaly when my food was delivered it was not on a tray, and came without napkins, sugar milk or any thing to stir my coffee with. I did request them as none were out. Seems to me the Ayr McD, dump stuff on table and dissapear.In others staff ask if you require Milk etc.McD is no longer a cheap quick meal..So at least offer some level of customer service.I am so appauled by thus McD I will never return....most get it right Ayr are miles of point..
Ordered a mcspicy meal and they gave me a burger WITHOUT the chicken! I repeat! WITHOUT THE CHICKEN!!! Just about mcfuckin had it!
