I have been to this restaurant many times and always order the brown sugar shaken espresso. However, each time I ask for light ice, but my cup ends up being 80% filled with ice. The drink tastes great, but I don't think I will be returning due to this issue. The service was for takeout, and it was a breakfast meal costing between $1-10 per person. I would rate the food a 2, service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
This cozy little restaurant has a convenient drive-thru. However, they had to remake my drink twice and it still wasn't correct. To their credit, the staff was very friendly. The service, takeout lunch, and atmosphere all received a rating of 4. The price per person is $10-20. Recommended dishes include the Frappuccino, Java Chip Frappuccino Blended Beverage.
What are the hours for this location? it says here they open at 6am on Sundays, but they weren’t open at 7:05. this isn’t the first time i’ve been here when they aren’t open during their supposed business hours.
They don't listen. They messed my order up. They overcharged me more than $17.50. Instead of putting the money back on my credit card, they put on a gift card. Also, they do not know their own company promotions. They are very slow and playful with each other while customers are waiting they are definitely unprofessional. I have never experienced that type of service at any other location. Service: Take out
