Ocean Bay Diner - South Amboy

First time since the upgrade and new owners. Can honestly say, excellent friendly service and breakfast food was very pleasant. Much better than before. Had the cream beef cookies and eggs my wife had a Florentine omelet. Coffee is good, tastes like fresh coffee and NOT like watered waste water or liquid volcanic ash. We both really enjoyed it. Restaurant is very clean and organized. Now we have to eat or eat. This is perhaps our new place. Go on.

We cost our meal today. Food was good and they gave a good amount of food. Clean and friendly. I was very busy at noon when we were gone. I have the classic eggs Benedict, it was very good with a side of domestic frits. And my husband ordered a pizzaburger very well and my son ordered Cheeseburger Deluxe very filling. And my daughter ordered Belgian waffles. We were happy.

For the first time recently visited and had a great experience. The diner itself is beautiful, the staff is super friendly (Carly was super), the food came hot and tasty, and the presentation was great. The milkshakes were a pleasant surprise. Make sure you get a lollipop out on your way. Very recommended. As we are here, we hope to visit South Side 35 for years. This is a great place to go, no matter how old your age is.

Love this place! Always fresh, the food is so creative and delicious. Our new favorite diner hands down. Will wait for more Kant to try the rest of the menu.
