I wouldn't say it's great but I also wouldn't say it's bad. I've gotten food from Gems on several occasions. The bagels are alright but I prefer bagels that are a bit crunchier on the outside. The cream cheeses are pretty good. The breakfast sandwiches are good but I wouldn't say it's anything amazing. The prices are also a bit high for what you get when it comes to the sandwiches. Friendly staff and many great options in this Bagel shop. Had a poppy bagel this morning with scalion cream cheese and it was delicious. You have a new breakfast sandwiches like pork roll, sausage, egg and cheese with hash browns on one roll, definitely try the next time.
After a walk at the water park in the morning I stopped from this bagel business. I was hoping I could sit down, but there's no seating area. The coffee was so, but the staff are friendly and they offer good bagels with a reasonable price!

Great lunch. I had many sandwiches and bagels from this place, and they were consistently good. The sandwiches could be overloaded, but that makes it a big sandwich and a lot. Staff are friendly and they remember your order when you are regular. Definitely recommend.
The bagels aren't bad but as far as a breakfast sandwich I'm not a fan of a microwaved egg.
