Every time I come to Soustons beach, I manage to come and taste his cuckoos, or his tagines (with lemons confits, a killing to order 48:00 in advance). The prod... read more Every time I come to Soustons beach, I manage to come and taste his cuckoos, or his tagines (with lemons confits, a killing to order 48:00 in advance). The products are fresh and I'm never disappointed. The chief knows his business and he welcomes you with a big smile. You can choose to eat on the terrace facing the marine lake, or inside. Better call to book, it's safer. The patron being Muslim, he doesn't serve alcohol, but you can bring your wine with you to eat, he will lend you the cork. You can also prefer to order tea, or any other drink without alcohol. You can watch the kitchens, we could eat on the floor. Frankly, not to miss if you go around, it's a very good address.
